We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business law principles and be able to provide legal counsel and representation to our clients on a wide range of business matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on all aspects of business law, including but not limited to:
- Business formation and entity selection (e.g., LLCs, corporations, partnerships)
- Contract drafting and negotiation
- Business transactions (e.g., mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures)
- Intellectual property law
- Employment law
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal filings.
- Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings.
- Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on a variety of business matters.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Washington.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing business law.
- Strong understanding of business law principles and legal procedures.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

*Compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $143,750 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. This range is provided as a general guideline and does not guarantee a specific salary. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
