Duties and Role:
Under the direction of the Executive Officer and Executive Assistant, the incumbent will perform duties such as the following:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CSO Management Team and all other team members;
- Serve as the CIS Point of Contact (CISPOC) including the creation of new user accounts and equipment requests, and maintaining equipment holdings records;
- Serve as the Training Coordinator responsible for management of training allocation, training requests and any other training related matters;
- Manage and maintain the CSO Portal, a SharePoint based tool. Serve as Information Knowledge Management coordinator for CSO;
- Assist with the organisation of events, including conferences, social events and event planning.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Location Site Principal, to include taking minutes, organising meets and any other related support.
- Perform Other Duties as Required.
Requirements
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- At least 3 years of recent experience in administrative work
- Sound knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft office automation packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and in the use of SharePoint with experience in maintaining and establishing web pages;
- Excellent command of the English language, with a proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
- Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to be responsive and sensitive to both external and internal customers and staff;
- Ability to take initiative and a flexible approach allowing the incumbent to respond reliably and competently to changing requirements in a demanding environment;
- High level of organisation, coordination and communication skills.
