Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day legal advisory for all company internal departments and to Management in the field of civil law, commercial law, labor law and intellectual property law
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex agreements
• A wide-ranging review of corporate documents as well as their preparation, including regulations, resolutions, power of attorneys in English
• Representing the Company in all types of proceedings (including labour disputes and administrative proceedings) and in non-litigious proceedings
• Handling issues related to personal data protection (including drafting of documents and ensuring continuous compliance with the GDPR)
• Enrolling opinions on current legal considerations in the company
• Cooperation with independent external law offices – located worldwide
• Supporting the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes.
