Your Mission: Shape the Future of BBF

As our Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will lead the transformation of our sales strategy and position BBF for continued success in competitive markets like restaurants and food manufacturing. You’ll face exciting challenges, including:

• Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a bold strategy to build a stronger sales pipeline, increasing our presence in competitive markets and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
• Build & Empower a High-Performance Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a dynamic sales force that embodies consultative, solution-based selling. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Champion Innovation & Messaging: Ensure every product launch and marketing campaign reflects our commitment to innovation and aligns with our Enrich Lives mission. Partner with operations to create lasting value for our customers.
