Job Description

Site Acquisition Engineer (@Duesseldorf)

Our client is looking for a Site Acquisition Engineer to join their team. If you have been working on telecom project site acquisition, government site acquisitions or land administration and management related works, and you would like to work in the telecom sector then this is the job for you. 

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be: 

• Quality control, data entry and tracking of site candidate packages, tower lease and amendments and other site acquisition documentation. 

• Responsible for coordination with the site owner, government, and check the site permission application document. 

• Interface with the customer & subcontractor 

• Prepare and update site status reports/databases, site close-out packages 

• Work directly with site acquisition manager and/or other site acquisition and construction personnel to provide site acquisition expertise in all aspects of the project. 

• Negotiate lease acquisitions and lease amendments required for telecommunications site installations. 

• Coordinate, schedule and track site visits and technical team visits with various departments. 

• Coordinate, order and track title, surveys, environmental reports, structural analysis, regulatory reports, lease exhibits and construction plans and drawings as required. 

• Finalize the site acquisition and make sure to reach the target. 

Requirements 

You shall be knowing German language (Speaking, Reading and writing) 

Good to have prior site acquisition work experience and good performance 

Very good communication skill 

Good team working skills 

Expected to based in Duesseldorf 

Good excel and word skill. 

BSc and above with Civil Engineering, Surveying engineering or related fields
