Job Summary:
Oversight of day-to-day operations and supervision of staff, including annual assessments, coaching, and disciplinary responsibilities. Under general supervision, this position assists in the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of the provider and coordinates staffing in the clinical area. Maintains inventory of all clinical supplies.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Current CMA certification from AAMA, AMT, NCCT, AAMP, NAHP or Graduate of an approved practical nursing program with current Kentucky or Indiana LPN Licensure according to the state of practice or Graduate of an accredited RN program with current Kentucky or Indiana RN Licensure according to the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support via the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- 5 years of experience in direct patient interaction in a physician’s office setting.
- 2 years of leadership experience is preferred.
