Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead employees to work as a team to optimize production performance within a CNC Machining, Grinding, Welding, Stamping, Heat Treatment, or Assembly department.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist with changeover, set-ups, and coordinate daily and monthly preventative maintenance and work schedules.
• Set the example for quality and good housekeeping practices in the department and be available to aid operators.
• Maintain accurate records including maintenance reports, incentive, scrap, SPC charts, as well as time and attendance / vacation scheduling.
• Encourage employee continuous improvement through SPS activities and general problem-solving tools.
• Perform routine quality audits.
• Have an assertive disposition, able to resolve conflict, communicate with others openly, and drive production to meet organizational objectives.
• Adhere to and enforce to company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices.
• Lead employees by training and coaching, as well as providing feedback in regard to performance, quality, and safety.

Your Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of production processes, measurement and inspection, procedures, production planning and control.
• SAP & Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
• Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results.
• Assertive approach to solving problems.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
