Responsibilities

• Understand and champion the users of Halborn’s product(s)

• Define and maintain a vision for Halborn’s product(s)

• Align stakeholders around the vision for Halborn’s product(s)

• Prioritizing product features and capabilities

• Create and maintain a shared knowledge base that represent the product(s) for both internal and external users

• Keep an eye on the immediate competitive landscape and greater Web3 security trends

• Align with marketing, customer support, and the executive team to develop go to market and product communication strategies

• Work with HR and the executive team to budget and help identify staffing needs

Skills

• 4+ years in a product role

• Exceptional people skills

• Exceptional written and organizational skills

• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Nifty, etc)

• Experience designing and performing user interviews

• Strong experience in Cybersecurity technologies

• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to mediate and generate consensus within a group

• Quantitative and qualitative understanding of the relationships between business, people, and product

Nice to Have

• Experience working in cybersecurity

• Previous work experience in design, QA, engineering, or other hands-on product development roles

• Experience using and understanding data visualization tools
