Day in the Life of an Aftermarket Customer Support - Business Analyst Intern

We are looking for curious, adaptable, and self-driven individuals with a passion to innovate. Bring your experience and ideas to help us ensure the growth of our company by supporting the manufacturing and creation of our aircraft. No matter where you are in the company you are critical to the success of Bell. As an Aftermarket Customer Support - Business Analyst intern at Bell, you can expect to:

  • Focus on developing and maintaining analysis to support strategic customer service initiatives.
  • Learn concepts of CSS international business strategy, including Customer Service Facilities (CSF) distribution network and the Customer Advantage Plan for aftermarket spare parts sales and repairs.
  • Create tools and analytical methods to expand understanding of the international aftermarket business:
  • Coordinate with Finance, IT, Sales & Marketing, and other departments to produce whole-business solutions that improve Bell's revenue and profitability.
  • Contribute to the technical capability of the analytics teams by identifying one or more projects to automate the processing of data in order to produce a result used as a reference metric of CSS operations or as input to an analytical business case for new business development.

Qualifications

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing or closely related field required
  • Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2026) or prior Bell internship experience
  • Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1– August 7, 2026

Preference will be given to candidates that are rising junior classification during the 2026 internship.
