The Fiserv Technology Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments within one specific track over a 2-2.5-year period. Each assignment will build on the other and provide a breadth of experience within Fintech. The program offers extensive training, mentoring, on-the-job learning, and exposure to senior leadership, positioning you for advancement within Fiserv upon completing the program.
What does a successful Data Center Coordinator Analyst do?
We are looking for a proactive analyst to join our team! The Data Center Coordinator will manage and track work across approximately 75 corporate office and non-data center locations. This role involves creating and maintaining request queues in Service Now, coordinating with third-party providers, and ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) and access criteria are met.
You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. Military-affiliated applicants encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, Guard/Reservists).
What you will do:
- Manage and track critical work functions across 150 non-data center locations.
- Schedule, facilitate, and execute full IT room inventories, uploading data into service management systems for tracking and planning.
- Review and standardize access controls for all in-scope locations, acting as a conduit to JSOC and approving authority for access requests.
- Track vendor payments and account/maintain required funding levels for account balances.
- Create and maintain requests within the Service Now platform.
What you will need to have:
- Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program with a Technology major.
- 3.0+ GPA.
- 0-2 years of professional work experience.
- Availability to respond to emergencies and critical incidents at any time.
What would be great to have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Detail oriented. Excellent organization skills.
- Experience with Service Now, service management experience, and IT infrastructure specific to end user computing.
- Experience in Excel and PowerPoint and have a technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly.
