We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated administrator to join our Banks Peninsula maintenance team, based in our Hornby office, as maternity cover on a 9-month fixed term contract commencing in September. In this role, you will see yourself responsible for providing administrative support to the Banks Peninsula maintenance team, as well as being the initial point of contact and information for both internal and external clients.
 

In addition to the above you will: 

  • Be the “RAMM champion” for the contract.
  • Assist with end of month processes, such as financial claims, reconciliations, monthly cost fluctuations and associated reporting.
  • Be the first point of contact for Customer Service Requests, Emergency Services, Contractors and the general public to assist with emergency events and winter management.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in an administration role or similar.
  • Experience using RAMM software is preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • A personable approach to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • An understanding of CCC maintenance contract requirements, technical standards, systems and processes is advantageous but not essential.
