In this role, you will work closely with our site reliability engineers, vehicle service technicians, and vehicle operators to support the <strong>third shift of Vehicle Operations (6 PM - 4 AM CST)</strong>. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and tracking all issues the autonomous vehicle fleet encounters while in the field.</p> <p><strong>In this role, you will</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide technical support to vehicles that encounter software or hardware issues.&nbsp;</li> <li>Troubleshoot and perform general root cause analysis for common software and hardware faults across all quickly developing platforms.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with engineers, operations and product to improve product performance, drive down faults, and maximize test efficiency</li> <li>Triage of vehicle issues providing data, analysis, and support to engineering teams to determine root cause and corrective actions</li> <li>Creation of run books to facilitate standard and accelerated troubleshooting</li> <li>Perform sensor calibrations, fleet upgrades, and new platform bring-up&nbsp;&l
