This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Job Description

HII Mission Technologies is looking to hire a Analytic Tradecraft Compliance Specialist to work in the national capital region.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluates a sampling of finished intelligence products for the application of IC Analytic Tradecraft Standards and compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 series.
  • Develops metrics, presents findings, and offers recommendations to the Government for improvement. Develops and implements self-assessment measures to minimize subjective variations in the data collected. Identifies significant strengths, weaknesses, trends, gaps, and any other notable features of analytic tradecraft in the intelligence production evaluated. Assists the Government to improve the rigor of its evaluation methods and enhance the integrity of the product evaluation process.
  •  Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success. Installs process excellence supports for program governance, project reviews, communications, training, certifications and rewards. May have six-sigma certification.
     

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
  • Experience evaluating a sampling of finished intelligence products for the application of IC Analytic Tradecraft Standards and compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 series.
  • Clearance- Must possess and maintain a Top Secret Clearance and be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w/Poly

Preferred Requirements

  • 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
