The Role: 

Cal-Tek is looking for a proactive and highly organized Delivery Driver to join our team. This full-time role (40 hours/week) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities. This position plays a critical role in supporting customer service.

Location: North Billerica, MA

 

 

Responsibilities:


Load company van from warehouse using pick slips
Arrange delivery schedule in an efficient manner
Pickup from customer locations as instructed
Assist with equipment receiving process
Interpret and process customer purchase orders in accordance with company policies
Serve as a primary point of contact at customer locations, ensuring professional and timely communication
Maintain accurate milage records and reports
Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
1 - 3 years of delivery driving or related experience; or a combination of experience and education
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; experience with database systems strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive financial and client information with confidentiality and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with both internal stakeholders and external clients



Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all work performed
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience using standard office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, fax machines)
Prior customer service or client-facing experience is highly desirable
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Clean driving record a must
