Background Information
This assignment takes place in the enabling Functions & Sales Academy. This team is responsible for development and delivery of learning and knowledge management solutions for employees and management in enabling functions; such as HR, IT, Finance, Sales and other departments.
The Enabling Functions Academy is part of the broader learning community in ASML. The Academy works closely together with subject matter experts in the functions and collaborates with other ASML Academies. The team consists of learning and knowledge management business partners and learning designers.
Learning solutions are sometimes bought externally and sometimes built internally.
Your assignment
The assignment will focus on either one of the Colleges in our scope targeting Learning & Knowledge Management Professionals.
You will be assigned to either one of the below scopes, which will be determined by your experience and the final interview:
1) Create an overview of the current learning offering for our technical trainers and do a gap analysis on learning needs and current offerings, including advice on how to mitigate the gap. This assignee will report into Learning & Knowledge Managment College team lead.
2) Create an overview of all Learning & Development and Knowledge Management (individual) professional memberships in the Learning & Knowledge Management community and provide advice on how to maximize impact of these memberships for our community. This will be done in collaboration with the Learning & Knowledge Managment Community manager.
Your Profile
To be a perfect match for this internship, you:
- Have a bachelor or masters in either Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related study field.
- Have a great affinity with Development and learning topics and have an organizational savvy mind set.
- Like working with technology and have good technical skills.
- Are solution oriented and have a hands-on mentality.
- Have good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
This is a bachelor or master apprentice internship with the duration of 6 months, with the number of days per week to be discussed, starting as soon as possible.
Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
