Seasonal Production Associate 1st Shift

WORK TYPE: On Site

LOCATION DETIALS: 5349 W. 76th Street, Indianapolis, IN

INTERVIEW PROCESS: Microsoft Teams video interview will be required

WORK HOURS:

1st:  6:00am – 2:30pm with compensation at $17.00 per hour

Overtime: When required. Worked on Front End of shift or Weekends.

Schedule: Full Time Team members work 8 hour shifts for 40 hours per week. Shift times may vary, and extra hours may be added to your schedule to ensure we fulfill our commitments to customers.  There is seasonal OT.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

We are looking for Seasonal Production Associates to join our team at our facility in Indianapolis, IN. Our peak season starts in July and runs through December.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Production Associates ensure that each athlete we serve looks their best and compete with confidence. You’ll work in one of the following roles: Digital Print, Embroidery, or Screen Print.

General responsibilities include:

Review work orders, observes specifications and any special notes and prepares work area to print multi-color work on garments.

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Great attention to detail and organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems.
• Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.
• Learn tasks quickly, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.
• Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide numbers and use measuring equipment.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

• Prior RF Scan Gun experience is a bonus
• Prior machine operator experience is a bonus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
