- Partner with marketing to create technical collateral and messaging around product capabilities and value propositions.
Thought Leadership & Evangelism
- Act as a subject-matter expert and evangelist on topics such as Kubernetes deployments, DevOps pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), and virtualization strategies.
- Present at industry events, webinars, and user groups; produce thought-leadership content (blogs, case studies, solution briefs) to showcase real-world use cases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with UX, engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure product features address key customer needs and deliver measurable value.
- Be a customer champion – evangelize the product to drive adoption and act as a trusted advisor to customers
Travel & Engagement
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and field events (approx. 20–30%) to gather feedback, demonstrate product capabilities, and foster strong customer relationships.
- Gather real-world insights from the field to refine and iterate on product direction and messaging.
Who you are...
