We’re glad you’re here. And we’re not just saying that. We’re glad we’re here too. We’re proud of this company and take real pleasure in introducing you to the Watson difference.

We are builders.
For 60 years we have designed and built revolutionary and award-winning workplace solutions for some of the most dynamic and innovative companies. Our designs are functional, simplistic, and manufactured with a high respect for our environment and our people. We are proud to source the best talent and materials at our manufacturing facility in Poulsbo, WA.

Built to Reflect You

At Watson, we build products that last and that means our systems and our financials need to be built the same way. Solid. Thoughtful. True.

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who doesn’t just close the books but understands them. Someone who sees a number that feels off and leans in. Someone who believes accuracy matters because it reflects who we are.

This role blends strong general ledger ownership with investigative depth. You’ll ensure our financials reflect operational reality and when they don’t, you’ll help us understand why and fix it at the root.

Welcome to The Orchard

This role is located on-site at The Orchard, our breathtaking Pacific Northwest workplace in Poulsbo, Washington.

The Orchard is more than just a campus. It’s a living, breathing reflection of who we are surrounded by towering Douglas firs, winding walking trails, and mountain views that make every day feel inspired. It’s also where you’ll find teams collaborating across departments, walking the floor to understand how the work moves, and connecting activity to outcome in real time.

Being onsite matters. The best financial insight doesn’t always come from a spreadsheet. It comes from understanding how the work moves through the building. If we expect the numbers to reflect reality, this role needs to be close to where the work happens.
