We’re currently looking for a full-time Field Technician to join our team in Goodfield, Illinois.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our rental and customer equipment running smoothly and safely. Your day-to-day will include:


Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections on diesel equipment.
Travel daily to customer sites for field service.
Operate and maintain a field service truck.
Diagnose issues, request parts, and document service for invoicing.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations from the company, government, and equipment vendors.



What We’re Looking For

Requirements


Experience: 5-7 years in diesel equipment repair (hydraulic and electrical systems).
Education: Technical training and ability to read schematics preferred.
License: Valid Class A CDL preferred but not required and good driving record.
Skills: Strong verbal, mathematical, and technical skills.

Physical Requirements


This role involves standing, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
You’ll need good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to inspect and repair equipment safely and effectively. 
Exposure to petroleum solvents, extreme temperatures, and mechanical equipment.
