With over 200 employees and 40+ locations across the country, we are here to serve our clients <em>beyond</em> what is expected.</p></div><p>Choreo is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant based in Charlotte to provide administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), specifically our CEO. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and can balance day-to-day executive support with project coordination responsibilities, this role is designed to evolve over time. As the Executive Assistant builds context, trust, and familiarity with the business, responsibilities will increasingly center on more dedicated focus and support for the CEO.</p> <p>The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in helping executives operate efficiently, stay organized, and remain focused on strategic priorities. The right candidate will bring strong judgment, exceptional attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to interact professionally with senior leaders, advisors, clients, and external partners.</p> <p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <p><strong>Executive Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide high-level administrative support to designated members of the Executive Leadership Team.</li> <li>Manage complex calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, prioritizing requests, and resolving conflicts.</li> <li>Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and detailed itineraries.</li> <li>Prepare and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.</li> <li>Support meeting preparation by gathering materials, creating agendas, preparing presentations, and organizing follow-up items.</li> <li>Monitor and help manage executive inboxes as needed, including drafting responses, flagging priorities, and tracking action items.</li> <li>Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders.</li> <li>Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.</li> <li>Exercise strong judgment in managing executive priorities, proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues before escalating.</li> <li>Act as a gatekeeper of time for the CEO, helping to evaluate, prioritize, and sequence requests in alignment with business priorities.</li> <li>Partne
