Responsibilities
- Manage and measure the impact of your team and set clear expectations and goals
- Work effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with various functions, and drive engineering initiatives
- Guide engineering technical strategy and roadmaps
- Commitment to high code quality and delivery requirements
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management building holistic web-based software solution, API design, and interactions between servers and clients
- Clear communication - both written and verbal with English fluency to work in cross-functional and international teams
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management, with minimum experience of 1.5 years
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related fields (In lieu of degree, 4+ years work experience)
