Your Role: Account Manager

We are seeking a self-starter who is passionate about client satisfaction and excels in cultivating strategic, multi-level relationships. The ideal candidate is growth-oriented, highly adaptable and possesses a collaborative mindset, dedicated to championing the needs of clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across a variety of accounts from transactional to moderately complex, ensuring engagement at both executive and operational levels.
  • Collaborate with Sr. Account Management to drive account retention and expansion, fostering trust-based strategic partnerships.
  • Enhance client satisfaction by proactively aligning evolving business needs with GAI’s products and services, delivering measurable value.
  • Oversee the efficient implementation of products and services, ensuring timely delivery while managing risks, scope, and budget expectations.
  • Effectively conducts training sessions to enhance awareness of GAI’s products and services, emphasizing the value they deliver to our client’s business and their customers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Business Development, Marketing, Underwriting, Accounting, and Claims—to effectively address account-related concerns and drive client success.
  • Compile, analyze and present data insights on operational efficiency, performance trends and account growth, providing recommendations that strengthen relationships and optimize client accounts.
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring documentation and alignment across all initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree generally preferred.
  • Generally, 3-6 years of Account / Relationship Management experience
  • Finance, Leasing, or Commercial Insurance experience and/or knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to travel 25-35% of the time throughout the US and Canada.
