Job Description Summary:
The Senior Director – Analytics & Insights is responsible for leading and implementing enterprise analytical solutions across the operating units to drive growth objectives. This is a global, enterprise-wide role that works with marketing, customer & commercial, consumer, bottler execution, bottler finance and company wide data to create advanced analytical solutions across the Cola-Cola ecosystem
The role will lead the design of the roadmap to build and implement solutions within the networked organization partnering with global teams, Operating Unit(s) leadership team, bottler finance team, technology services and data services leadership teams.
What You’ll Do for Us:
- Co Create roadmap for advanced analytical solutions across the OU
- Aligning roadmaps with global team on the 1-3-year priorities and executing in line with agreed timeline, business value and costings
- Ensure support and execute the D&A Strategy within the OU
- Develop long term strategies for data source identification, acquisition and integration that will drive growth discipline.
- Own development of business cases to prioritize business requests and secure funding as needed. Ensure post implementation review to gather learnings and understand true business impact.
- Lead and develop a diverse team of data & analytics professionals, providing opportunities for ongoing development of technical skills and business knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and fully leverage the networked organization to secure resources and talent needed to deliver against the roadmap and ad-hoc requests.
- Role model the behaviors required for the success of the networked organization – working across OUs and functions, ensuing clear & unique accountabilities for everyone. Ensure strong network within the OU and understanding of the business priorities and challenges.
- Leads a team that will collaborate with business and technology to understand business questions, identify the right data sources and techniques and then, prepare data, develop and train models, develop algorithms (predictive and machine learning), present findings and results, and add to a library of re-usable assets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Deep understanding & Expertise of CPG analytics fundamentals
- Experience in implementing enterprise big data solutions that can be deployed across the system with varying complexities within the franchise system.
- Strong background in implementing enterprise data strategies in areas including data foundations, governance, advance analytical solutions, and augmented intelligence
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and handle conflicting priorities
- Candidate should have an ability to understand and communicate the larger picture behind how big data drives a business.
- She/ he must be passionate about Data and worked in large organizations mapping stakeholders and ensuring adoption/ onboarding of different data products.
- Experience in communicating and working with to senior leadership in the company.
- Equal ease of working across the spectrum of the organization
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- 12+ years FMCG / Analytics leadership experience
- University/bachelor’s degree
Skills:
Pay Range:
$181,000 - $210,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
30Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
