Senior Data Platform Engineer

<p><strong>About the Senior Data Platform Engineer in CRM Integrations Squad:</strong></p> <p>The team is part of the <strong>Platform Tribe</strong> and is focusing on setting up the data infrastructure that enables Salesforce as our CRM System. We are building our platform using the latest technology and we want you to help us raise the bar and drive these changes. </p> <p><strong>Some of the tools and technologies used in the team:</strong></p> <ul> <li>AWS and Terraform for our Cloud Infrastructure</li> <li>Airflow, Kafka, Spark, Mulesoft for our batch and stream processing pipelines</li> <li>Snowflake for data warehousing</li> <li>Salesforce as our CRM Platform</li> <li>Python</li> </ul> <p>* <em>We do not expect candidates to have prior experience with all these tools or technologies</em></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the role &amp; what you’ll do:</strong></p> <p>As a<strong> Senior Data Platform Engineer, </strong>you will be responsible for</p> <ul> <li>Building and scaling complex data pipelines and streaming solutions that collect data into our data lake and provide data to internal services and external users.</li> <li>CI/CD management for Kafka Components / Data Lake pipelines for a CRM/Customer Data Platform. </li> <li>Contributing to architecture, guidelines and best practices for building and maintaining our data platform.</li> <li>Working closely with the stakeholders on data solutions.</li> <li>Engaging in knowledge sharing activities. </li> <li>Participating in hiring new engineers for the team</li> <li>Develop, scale and maintain big data infrastructure in the cloud.
