VP, Provider Group Management

The Precision for Medicine VP Provider Group Management position must balance strategic and operational competencies and have a deep understanding of the Oncology Market Access Ecosystem and nuances between clinical and economic factors influencing product selection. The VP is responsible for (1) provider group advisor panel management, (2) survey operations and analysis, (3) client support to interpret data for meaningful insights, and (4) business development support. The VP will direct the management of tableau based, web enabled tools, driven by survey information collected from oncology pharmacists and administrators from approximately 100 large provider groups, IDNs, and oncology centers of excellence in the US. This information is used to understand how these providers manage oncology drug therapies via formularies, pathways, and treatment plans for different disease states. Lastly, the VP will be an active leader contributing to overall Precision relationships with assigned clients to help them achieve their current and future product access objectives.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
Provider Group Advisor Panel Management:
- Recruitment & retention of advisory panel members
- Survey support and communication for advisory members
- Ensure minimum threshold of survey respondents maintained for OncoGenius projects
- Ensure appropriate honoraria aligned to marketplace benchmarks and administered in an efficient manner
Survey Operations and Analysis:
- Author client specific key findings and summary of results for OncoGenius projects
- Design & maintain Oncology Provider Group Surveys based on client business needs and shifting trends in management of outpatient oncolytic
- Work with provider group advisors to validate legitimacy of survey questionnaire structure and content
Client Support to interpret data, address questions, provide insights
- Lead/support client training education and utilization of OncoGenius Tool
- Develop ad hoc client research projects
- Partner with PVH oncology colleagues to interpret data and match insights to client challenges
Business Development Support:
- Assist OncoGenius BD team in client pitches and onboarding meetings with a focus on clinical interpretation of research surveys
- Develop and support ad hoc analysis for pre-sales analytics
- Author market research white papers and blog posts communicating broad trends in management of oncolytics
- Provide “voice of customer (VOC)” insights to engineering team for future enhancements to OncoGenius Tools based on client interactions and market intelligence
Team Leadership & Development:
- Inspire a culture based on teamwork, accountability, and intellectual curiosity and lead as a role model for excellence, integrity, and respect for others
- Manage and coach team members with Situational Leadership to drive account business objectives and Precision strategic vision throughout the Account Solutions team
- Travel 10-15% of time / Flexible
Qualifications:
- Clinical Oncology Expertise
- Pharmacy Administration
- Experience working with Pharmaceutical Company leaders in Oncology Market Access
Minimum Required
- Pharm D, BCOP
- 10+ years of Clinical Oncology or Oncology Administration experience
Other Required
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Preferred:
- Pharm D, BCOP, MBA
- 10-20 years of experience in Clinical Oncology or Oncology Administration

At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
