INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• perform all relevant parameter for dispo in erp systems to get correct forecasts (control forecast and reset parameter) and order proposalsreview order proposal, adjust and execute orderscontrol order dates to ensure product availability in due timesolve deviation in deliveries – quantity and quality (qm10)perform replenishment source plans and execute (external sourcing vs. Stock transfer orders)perform stock management – reduce scrap, overstock, backlog – by stock transfer perform backlog managementfulfill the kpi budget

SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES

• solving invoice price differences with accounting / sdisupporting s&op process and linked objectivesalignment with warehouse in regards of qm10 handling
