Embark in Livingston is looking for part-time Clinical Support Staff who align with our mission of reducing adolescent and young adult anxiety, depression and suicide to join our IOP and PHP clinic in Livingston, NJ. Come join our team of empathetic professionals who are passionate about creating joy and healing generations together! Part-Time: Flexible availability Monday - Friday, Morning and Evening hours up to 20 hours per week. MUST INCLUDE Wednesday 3PM - 7:30 PM, Thursday 8:30 AM  - 3PM

Clinic operating hours: 8:30am -7:00pm

Pay: $22.50 per hour

 

The Clinical Support Staff is a key member of our team-based approach to providing mental health services and supports a variety of administrative and clinical tasks. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the PHP and IOP Program teams, by facilitating groups, assisting with client check-ins, and supporting clients in practicing skills that promote emotion regulation.
  • Prepare and supply group rooms
  • Attend weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as needed
  • Engage in professional and positive rapport with clients, families, co-workers, and staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of group rooms and office space including supplies, furniture and equipment.
  • Performing other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent field
  • Experience working with adolescents, teens ages 12 - 17 yrs. old Required. Experience working with young adults a plus!
  • Experience working in a behavioral or mental health setting or related environment
  • Team player with a growth mindset
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pass a state background check
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Microsoft Suite & Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
