Entry Level Event Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our growing team as an Event Marketing Assistant. Working directly with our respected client, you will play a vital customer-facing role, supporting the performance and success of our marketing teams. You will be trained in every aspect of our business to help drive high-profile marketing campaigns.

This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required! We focus heavily on learning and development and are committed to investing in your growth and progression within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to specific tasks within your team and independently when needed.
• Act as the internal liaison between the customer and client.
• Assist in meeting fundraising targets.
• Attend meetings and workshops to continuously improve your skills.
• Strive to enhance cost-effectiveness and customer service.
• Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are addressed efficiently.
• Produce detailed and accurate reports of donations.
• Provide weekly reports (or sooner if needed) to the Managing Director on progress.
• Develop exceptional customer service skills in line with company standards.
