This role supports the Assurance &amp; ICT Third-party Management Lead, conducting internal and external audits with crucial ICT vendors, while also maintaining vendor partnerships to ensure performance and regulatory compliance.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <h2><span><span><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></span></span></h2> <ul> <li><span><span><b>Assurance Management:</b> Take a senior role in scheduling and conduct of audits and assessments, covering business continuity and information security. Manage Riverty’s audit defense for resilience-related matters</span></span></li> <li><span><span><b>Vendor Management:</b> Collaborate with vendors to align their services with Riverty’s needs. Ensure ICT vendors comply with contracts and maintain performance discussions. Monitor vendor performance against service levels and KPIs</span></span></li> <li><span><span><b>Risk Management:</b> Enhance Riverty’s risk management using insights from assurance and vendor management. Oversee third-party risk management tasks</span></span></li> <li><span><span><b>Contract Management:</b> Work with Corporate Legal to standardize contractual frameworks. Lead the drafting and negotiation of contracts with ICT vendors and ensure compliance</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><span><span><b>Qualifications:</b></span></span></h2> <ul> <li><span><span>Extensive experience in resilience-related domains (e. g. information security or business continuity) and/or strong experience in vendor management and assessments, contract negotiation, and performance management</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Familiarity with audit processes and organizations</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills</span></span></li> <li><span><span>In-depth knowledge of data security and privacy protocols is a plus</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>#EUR10</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
