I can succeed as a Fixed Income Investment Product Senior Manager at Capital Group.
As a Fixed Income Investment Product Senior Manager, you will lead a team of subject matter experts responsible for shaping, positioning, and advocating for Capital Group’s investment strategies. In this role, you will operate as a strategic business partner to asset class leadership, the Investment Groups, and the North American Client Group. You will drive the development and execution of the IPM business plan, strengthen cross‑functional alignment, identify new opportunities for asset class growth, and elevate the quality and impact of product insights and client‑facing materials. You will also play a central role in developing talent, guiding team performance, and representing the asset class across key internal and external initiatives.

You have 10+ years of experience in Fixed Income investment-related roles
You have 5+ years of direct people management experience with demonstrated ability to develop, coach, and inspire teams
You have a strong understanding of fixed income and Capital Markets; deep knowledge of investment strategies, distribution, and industry trends, with a track record of applying insights into business planning and growth initiatives
You will work cross-functionally with internal partners including sales, marketing, operations, legal, and investment professionals to address product questions, educate business partners on our offerings and resolve client issues.
You will participate in projects impacting the product line and client group, ensuring products and services are competitive and meet the long-term strategic direction of the client group.
You will support the creation, analysis and development of product roadmaps, business cases and initiatives for our suite of credit and global strategies.
You will build and refine product materials that best position us to engage with prospects and clients
You possess strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex investment and product concepts for diverse internal and external audiences
You have a proven ability to collaborate, influence, and lead across functions and seniority levels to achieve strategic business goals
You have demonstrated initiative, intellectual curiosity, and problem-solving skills in areas of high complexity and ambiguity
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA charter is a plus. FINRA licenses required (SIE, 7, 66, 24)
