About the Role:

As a Business Development Representative at 1E, you will play a crucial role in driving demand generation and strategic partnerships, helping to expand our presence in the enterprise SaaS space. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, ensuring they fully understand the value of our cutting-edge digital employee experience solutions. Your ability to build relationships and drive engagement will be key to our continued success.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and generate new leads through outbound efforts, networking, and research.

• Conduct qualification and needs analysis to assess potential customer fit.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Support the sales team in developing strategic outreach plans.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and business needs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
