The opportunity

We are recruiting for a Product Manager to join our AJOVY team in Sweden on a Full Time, Permanent basis.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of the annual strategic brand plan for AJOVY and to identify, develop and execute national business opportunities to grow the sales of AJOVY in line with Teva's strategy and objectives.

How you’ll spend your day

• Master the AJOVY data and secure internal endorsement and alignment of a clearly communicated strategy, positioning & messaging
• Planning and execution of market research to build a solid brand plan 
• Pro-active analysis of market changes and competition movements and developing appropriate counteractions 
• Collaborate with Swedish peers, Nordic, Cluster and Europe Migraine Franchise colleagues to secure organizational learnings and optimize marketing activities 
• Develop and maintain information materials (printed & digital) in accordance with the set communication strategy and compliance regulations
• Build relationships with external experts to secure value adding content plans 
• Set up and participate in National and/or international congresses and meetings
• Effectively communicate the benefits of Teva products to target customer groups, in light of sales and marketing plans, to achieve agreed sales targets (incl PR).
• In collaboration with marketing coordinator, ensure that all relevant patient material is up to date and available for order, produce new material when needed and secure alignment with stakeholders.
• Work in close cooperation with our Digital Brand Lead to drive new projects toward new stakeholders such as Primary Care and patients.

Your experience and qualifications

• You will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either business management/economics or life science/biology and have several years experience working in Product Management of an Innovative Pharma Brand (preferably Neuroscience)
• You will have a strong Marketing or Sales background with experience in developing budgets, forecasts and market models
• You will have good administrative and organizational skills and be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• You will be a strong communicator with fluency in English and Swedish and be a real team player
