About the Role

The Morning, Lunch and After School Team is a vital part of our school community, carrying out many of the duties necessary for the day-to-day operations of the campus. This position will supervise middle and high school students in indoor and outdoor settings. Crucially, this role will be responsible for maintaining a safe learning environment for our energetic and motivated students. This is a substitute, on-call position.

What We Offer
• Pay range: $21.50
• Shift Hours: Morning 7am to 9am, Lunch 10:30-1:00pm, and After School 3-6pm
• This is an on-call, substitute position
• Location: Stratford Prep Milpitas, 1323 Great Mall Drive, Milpitas, CA 95035

• Monitoring student behavior during meal service
• Ensure student safety and well-being by maintaining active supervision by sight and sound at all times
• Collaborate with other faculty and staff members and use positive discipline practices
• Be responsible for the safe supervision and care of students
• Light sweeping, wiping down tables, and trash removal

What We Are Looking For

• High school graduate or GED
• Prior experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to connect with a variety of colleagues and students
