LastPass is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager:

As a Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will lead critical initiatives and projects across multiple areas, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support. You will be part of the Technical Project Management function, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of projects and programs — from project initiation and planning to execution and closure. As a TPM, you will lead business, functional, and technical resources, build relationships, ask the right questions, and drive clear communication across all levels within the organization. You thrive in an ambiguous environment, bringing structure, strategy, and consistency to ensure successful project delivery.

If you are passionate about complex problem solving and motivated by scale, then this is the role for you!

Who will you work with?

You will lead resources across both technical and business functions to execute these critical projects. You will be comfortable bringing people together across all levels of the company to drive results. Depending on the day, you will work and interact with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and our executive team to enable business value.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Lead GTM Systems projects of various sizes, from project initiation through stabilization. You will work collaboratively across all functions to deliver the vision and goals for the project by building the right structure and methodology to drive results.
  • Manage and execute communications at all levels, from Steering Committee meetings to daily standups. You will “roll up your sleeves” and ask the right probing questions, holding people accountable for the success of the project.
  • Anticipate and remove obstacles, with a sense of urgency, that slow down or prevent project teams from delivering project outcomes. Proactively identify project gaps and resolve them.
  • Implement and enhance agile project management methodologies and best practices, continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery for the team.
  • Facilitate sprint planning sessions to define and prioritize project work during backlog grooming ceremonies, collaborating with teams to establish achievable goals and commitments.
  • Develop comprehensive plans outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, tasks, and resource requirements. Collaborate with the Enterprise Systems team and stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria. Work closely with the systems, stakeholders, and leadership teams to set project priorities.
  • Create and facilitate a project structure and process that ensures high-quality delivery, tight scope, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • When necessary, act as a Scrum Master by guiding and supporting engineering teams through the agile development process and removing potential blockers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, external vendors, and product teams.
  • Be a catalyst within the organization, helping advance our TPM methodology and driving others to adopt change.
  • Foster effective communication and coordination among team members, ensuring seamless project delivery.

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Cross-functional, hands-on technical project management experience within a technology organization, leading complex projects that support Marketing, Sales, or Customer Success systems.
  • A solid understanding of the SaaS business model and specifically how a Revenue organization functions.
  • Project execution experience with Go-To-Market systems such as Salesforce.com, Clari, Gong, Impartner, LeanData, etc.
  • Deep experience driving projects in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in all phases of both the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and non-technology project lifecycles, including identifying business problems, developing business cases, creating project plans, and overseeing project manage
