- A proven track record with at least five years of executive support, ideally at a VP level or higher, with a preference for a bachelor's degree; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for engaging and persuasive language.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite, coupled with a quick adaptability to new technologies, ensuring you stay at the forefront of executive support tools.

Base Pay Information
The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $55,000 - $116,900
