What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work behind the scenes to make sure everything and everyone is in sync—gear, teams, timelines, and trucks.

✅ Event Planning & Coordination – Partner with Account Executives to understand client needs and production scope
✅ Order Verification – Review and confirm gear lists, sub-rentals, and transfers for accuracy
✅ Logistics Management – Track delivery schedules, dock appointments, and outbound/inbound equipment movement
✅ Team Alignment – Communicate with Operations, Floor Leads, and Inventory to ensure production readiness
✅ Quality Control – Conduct pile walks, confirm item labeling, and verify equipment meets safety standards
✅ On-Site Support – Travel to show sites when needed to oversee load-in, setup, and on-site coordination
