We support our clients — leaders in the industry — in their development strategies across the automotive, railway, IT, R&D, and Telecom & Media sectors.</p><p>Joining <strong>ALTEN Morocco</strong> means benefiting from:</p><ul><li>Diverse career paths with opportunities for internal, sectoral, geographic, and functional mobility.</li><li>Certified and diploma-granting training programs.</li><li>Regular events designed to foster both well-being and high performance.</li></ul><h3>Description du poste</h3><p>We are seeking a skilled <strong>Test and Validation Engineer </strong>to join our team, focusing on <strong>Hardware-in-the-Loop</strong> <strong>(HIL)</strong> testing for embedded systems within the automotive sector.</p><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and compliance of automotive electronic control units (ECUs) and systems through rigorous validation and testing on HIL benches:</p><ul><li>Design and develop test cases to validate automotive ECUs and subsystems on HIL platforms.</li><li>Execute validation campaigns to ensure compliance with system requirements and specifications.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HIL benches, ensuring smooth testing operations.</li><li>Regularly update simulation models and test scenarios to reflect evolving system requirements.</li><li>Develop automated test scripts using tools like Python, CAPL, or MATLAB to streamline validation processes.</li><li>Integrate test cases into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient testing workflows.</li><li>Analyze test results to identify issues in software or hardware performance.</li><li>Provide detailed test reports, including test coverage, defect trends, and validation status.</li><li>Validate communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet) and system interactions.</li><li>Ensure that all testing activities comply with automotive standards such as ISO 26262, ASPICE, and relevant OEM guidelines.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p> Master’s degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school or university specializing in embedded systems, or justifying an equivalent significant experience.</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong><br/>
Successful experience in test and validation on HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) benches. Knowledge of automotive functionalities is required.</p><ul><li><strong>HIL Testing Tools:</strong> dSPACE, Vector CANoe, NI VeriStand, ETAS.</li><li><strong>Automotive Protocols:</strong> CAN, LIN, UDS, FlexRay, and related tools.</li><li><strong>Scripting & Development:</strong> Python, CAPL, MATLAB/Simulink.</li><li><strong>Automotive Architecture:</strong> Familiarity with electrical and electronic systems in vehicles, including sensors, actuators, and ECUs.</li><li><strong>Testing Methods:</strong> Experience in developing and executing validation test plans.</li></ul><p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to analyze system behavior and diagnose root causes of defects,</li><li>strong English communication skills.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
