Our main goal in CODE is to make every company a wellness company. From knowing about Wellhub, and getting access to exclusive benefits, to using our vast partner's network, it is in the end-user experience. CODE teams are responsible for developing and maintaining Wellhub's App, frontend, and backend services, and Design System and work closely with product, UX, and data teams to create an excellent experience for the users of our platform.</span></p> <p><span>Our mission as the Partners Content squad is to surpass subscribers' expectations when visiting new partners. We are responsible for building, updating and maintaining all the information from our partnerships (their logo, company information, contacts, activities, among others) to the subscribers. In summary, everything partner-content related that has an impact on subscribers is under our umbrella.</span></p> <h1><span><strong>YOUR IMPACT</strong></span></h1> <p><span>You will be working on one or more of the following exciting areas:</span></p> <p><span>Generative AI Development:</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Design, develop, and implement generative AI-based applications.</span></li> <li><span>Work with large language models (LLMs) to create innovative applications and solutions.</span></li> <li><span>Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI.</span></li> </ul> <p><span>Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG):</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Develop and optimize RAG systems to enhance the performance and accuracy of AI models.</span></li> <li><span>Implement robust data retrieval mechanisms to support RAG frameworks.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines.</span></li> </ul> <p><span>API Development and Integration:</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Design and develop APIs to interface with various AI models and services.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure APIs are secure, scalable, and performant.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure seamless integration of our AI applications with other software systems, enhancing interoperability and functionality (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, Google Chat, and other 3rd party mobile applications).</span></li> </ul> <p><span>Collaboration and Communication:</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.</span></li> <li><span>Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.</span></li> <li><span>Communicate technical concepts and project progress effectively to non-technical stakeholders.</span></li> </ul> <p><span>Live the mission:</span></p> <ul> <li><span>Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
