This is a unique opportunity for a Final Assembly Technician in our Center of excellence new manufacturing facility in Waterloo, Iowa. This is an opportunity to join a highly successful business with advancement opportunities. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented person with strong technical mechanical aptitude coupled with proficient organizational skills, and outstanding people skills.
Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
- Quality inspection and implementation of finished machines prior to shipment
- Document final assembly and upload information for future reference
- Recording information to align with engineering and meeting customer needs on any adjustments needed
- Cross-functional department collaboration to problem solve when needed and understand timeline of machine final assembly
- Perform root cause identification and corrections as necessary
- Maintains safe and clean working environment
- Wear proper personal protective equipment
- Demonstrating accountability and teamwork both on the job and in attendance ongoing
- Comply with CPM safety policy
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to follow directions
- Willingness to give and receive feedback from others
- Attention to detail
- Ability to operate a fork truck with safety
- Possess a sense of urgency and maturity to get the job done
- Assembly process experience
- Electrical wiring experience
- Jib and overhead crane experience
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
