The Strategic Marketing Team is responsible for leading execution of and maximizing effectiveness across all of U.S. Rheumatology as it relates to the following focus areas: Congresses, Sponsorships, Speaker Programs and External Consulting arrangements. This group works collaboratively with other U.S. Commercial Rheumatology teams to establish and manage strategies derived from brand plans, create annual plans related to the above focus areas, and work alongside AbbVie internal functions to support flawless execution.
The Marketing Manager I/II, Peer-To-Peer Lead (P2P) position will have responsibility for leading the development and execution of P2P promotional content across SKYRIZI for Rheumatology (PsA). They will create content that is consistent with the Brand messaging, and on strategy to meet business objectives. They will manage existing content and make decisions to update and retire existing content to ensure the library of relevant material is on strategy. They will optimize and innovate on the delivery of peer-to-peer promotion, including digital, to ensure the right customers attend peer to peer promotional programs to maximize ROI.
The successful candidate will closely collaborate with Brand Teams, Internal and External Agencies, Medical, Regulatory, Market Analytics and Business Intelligence (MABI), Legal, Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC), to plan, execute, and create P2P materials.
