Product Development Processes Optimization Graduate

The Opportunity

Supporting Product Development Processes Department in driving its activities on processes and systems, with the objective of implementing, monitoring and continuously improving them. You will be reporting directly to the Product Development Processes manager.  

What you'll get to do

• Provide regular/ad hoc data analysis and reporting, being able to adapt the format to the audience (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Explore and identify opportunities to automate and improve Processes and Systems.
• Prepare necessary information for important workshops/meetings to drive decisions.
• Collaborate in developing new tools/solutions to support operations activities.
• Collaborate with the deployment of new systems to other entities.
• Support in testing new functionalities developed in the set of operations tools.
• Create training material (PDF, PowerPoint).

Education:

• Degree in Business Administration / Engineering (Recently Graduated)

Languages:

• Fluent Spanish & English
• French would be a plus

Competencies: 

• Good technical capabilities (at ease with new systems, data, KPIs)
• Good communication skills (able to train, explain results to a large & diverse stakeholder base)
• Methodical and orderly person, with analytical capacity
• Be able to work at fast pace onto multiple projects in parallel (project management)

Specific Knowledge required:

• Good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with data management.
• Basic knowledge of SAP would be valuable.
• Any experience/knowledge with a technical system/software.
