Interior Design Assistant (Luxury Residential) | ZR_27627_JOB

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer / Design Assistant to support a U.S.-based interior design business specializing in luxury residential and high-end brand projects.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in luxury interiors, be detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely in a professional, client-facing capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Create sophisticated interior design concepts aligned with U.S. luxury brand aesthetics.
  

• Develop design proposals, mood boards, and selections from American websites (furniture, finishes, lighting, accessories, etc.).
  

• Prepare design boards and collages to visually communicate design intent to clients and internal teams.
  

• Direct drafters by providing clear design instructions (furniture layouts, wall treatments, finishes, room compositions, etc.).
  

• Deliver high-quality 3D renderings using tools such as D5 Render, Lumion, or Enscape.
  

• Contribute creative expertise to expand the company’s design portfolio.
  

• Collaborate via group chats and project management tools to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  

• Revise and refine designs based on client feedback while maintaining design integrity.
  

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of proven interior design experience with a strong portfolio (luxury projects preferred).
  

• MUST SUBMIT A STRONG PORTFOLIO (must include luxury/high-end projects, 3D renders, design boards, U.S. furniture/finish selections).
  

• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or luxury international projects highly valued.
  

• Strong ability to source and select materials, finishes, and furniture from U.S. suppliers (must know reputable websites/brands).
  

• Expertise in 3D rendering (D5 Render, Lumion, Enscape) and familiarity with CAD drafting.
  

• Skilled in creating design presentations, drawings, and visual boards.
  

• Strong understanding of luxury design principles, premium finishes, and high-end materials.
  

• Excellent communication and ability to work remotely with international teams.
  

• Professionalism in handling client-facing communication when needed.
