Account Manager

**This is a remote role. The working hours are 8-5pmPST.**

Job Summary:

The personal lines account manager plays a key role within the agency by managing our service requests, assisting clients with a range of inquiries or changes, providing support to our producing agents as it relates to servicing, and working together to keep our records accurate. Expect a team-oriented environment where we are able to depend on one another for support and knowledge.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming service calls and emails that route through our queues.
• Assist producing agents with servicing policies post-bind.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and more within our Agency Management System to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain thorough records of all customer interactions.
• Assist in the overall effort to meet client needs in a timely and accurate manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients built on trust.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively plan and prioritize work activities.
• Ability to work with standard office technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Required Education and Experience:

• 1-2 years of insurance experience required.
• Active P&C License required.

Preferred Requirements:

• AMS360 experience
• Cross-selling experience

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Pay:  $22-$25 per hour
