<p></p><p><strong>International Airport of Heraklion, Crete S.A. </strong>is currently looking for a:</p><p><strong>Senior Analyst Financial Planning </strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Accountable for designing and managing the Company’s budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring framework. </li></ul><ul> <li>Supports decision-making at both strategic and operational levels, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with the Company’s long-term goals. </li> <li>Closely collaborates with all departments, contributing to financial visibility effective planning and control during the construction and operational phases of the airport project.</li> <li>Prepares and coordinates the annual budget and mid-year revision processes, ensuring consistency across departments and alignment with strategic and project timelines.</li> <li>Maintains and updates long-term financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis.</li> <li>Liaises with departments to consolidate inputs, validate assumptions, and support forecast accuracy.</li> <li>Prepares management reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to support financial oversight.</li> <li>Monitors budget execution and provides insights on deviations, cost drivers and performance trends.</li> <li>Maintains headcount and operational cost tracking models, working closely with relevant teams for financial planning support.</li> <li>Supports the development and implementation of MIS tools to enhance reporting automation and accuracy.</li> <li>Contributes to the continuous improvement of financial data flows and forecasting methodologies.</li> <li>Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders on financial modeling or data analytics initiatives</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul> <li>University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.</li> <li>3–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or business controlling.</li> <li>Prior experience in capital-intensive industries is highly desirable</li> <li>Experience in infrastructure or airport development projects is a plus.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., MIS dashboards).</li> <li>Good working knowledge of financial modeling; familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong> Competencies:</strong></p><ul> <li>Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.</li> <li>Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.</li> <li>Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.</li> <li>Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Able to work independently and demonstrate ownership of assigned responsibilities.</li> </ul><p></p><p></p><p></p>
