Group Accounting Lead

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

• Own the design and development of our accounting policies and procedures in accordance with HGB and IFRS
• Be responsible for preparing the external financial reporting of the Group and for all our national and international entities
• Be the face of Accounting when working closely with stakeholders across the company and external auditors
• Lead and build the group accounting team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 

• At least 6 years professional experience in audit or accounting at a top-tier firm, ideally in the financial services / banking sector or a Fintech
• Excellent technical accounting knowledge (HGB, IFRS)
• Experience with group reporting in capital markets environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex accounting topics succinctly
