Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provides strategic support and leadership in program operational tasking, including Task Order (TO)-level deliverables, the development of comprehensive briefs and agendas for customer-facing meetings, and the proactive maintenance and updating of operations schedules and customer data calls
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in data entry and management, meticulous tracking and accountability of personnel, strategic scheduling, complex travel arrangements, visa processing, and the streamlined issuance of Letters of Authorization (LOA) and Common Access Cards (CAC)
Possess exceptional administrative and personnel management skills, with a proven ability to strategically prioritize work tasks in alignment with internal processes and procedures
Support travel coordination and reporting
Assist with short-term support requirements across the TO, leveraging their experience to anticipate needs and provide timely solutions
Lead initiatives to create and enhance procedures and processes at the program and regional levels, driving continuous improvement
They provide expert guidance and oversight throughout the entire lifecycle of contracts, including the detailed review of contract documents, such as terms and conditions, scope of work, deliverables, and pricing
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in field necessary or a minimum of 4+ years of additional experience or may be exchanged in lieu of a required bachelor’s degree
9+ years years of relevant Senior Program Analyst experience
Experience in providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, or task(s).
Experience in preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents; implementing and maintaining office systems, schedules, and calendars; handling incoming mail and other material; setting up and maintaining file systems; collating information; and maintaining databases.
Experience operating office equipment and managing office space.
