Compensation: £38,000 - £48,000 / year
Description
This exciting role sees a Content Executive focussed on our global customer acquisition plans, work closely with the Marketing Manager to set and execute integrated sales and marketing campaign to reach our target audience and generate sales opportunities in target accounts and strategic geographies. The Content Executive will work with Marketing, Operations, Product and Sales teams overseeing all content deliverables to support demand and lead generation campaigns.Key Responsibilities
· Working along with the Marketing Manager to define, manage and refine the editorial calendar and deliver content to support our account penetration strategies· Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on how to sell against our competition, analysing competitors’ content, messaging and distribution tactics
· Own the development of thought leadership content.
· Research relevant topics (according to newsworthiness / SEO relevance)
· Uncover supporting information such as data, facts, quotes
· Write informative and engaging content
· Identifying target audiences and their key demographics, interests, and online behaviour
· Support creation of content for our internal communication through our a variety of engaging mediums and town halls.
· Be adept at using data to tell a story - contribute creative ideas to content including video, photography and editorial
· Develop an awards calendar and build impactful submissions
· Own all social media channels driving followers and engagement through impactful content
· Engage with customers to develop meaningful case studies across our portfolio
· Extract and analyse data to form the basis of key industry research reports.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
You’ll be a fantastic communicator with a technical aptitude so creating content that would inspire CIO/CTO/IT Director is a must.Education & Training:
- Experience in Marketing, or related discipline and equivalent work experience
Work Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience working within Marketing
- Managed Security and Service experience would be preferable
- Experience of working with campaigns, email platforms and CMS platforms
Specialised Knowledge & Skills:· Excellent English and writing skills· Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms (in particular, X, LinkedIn and Instagram)· Excellent Microsoft Office skills· Must be results oriented, customer focused, and exhibit good interpersonal skills Approach· Self-motivated, accountable approach and a strong sense of teamwork· Possesses good organisational, presentation and facilitation skills· Takes initiative to follow through on requests and commitments · Exercises strong business judgment supporting Wanstor’s strategy and vision· Recommends actions that are consistent with Wanstor’s values, objectives and goals
