Job Summary

Mission Valley Pet Clinic is a trusted small animal practice serving the Allied Gardens community for over 30 years. We’re a close-knit, 3-doctor team that values compassionate care, strong client relationships, and a positive work environment.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and assist with check-in/out

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and triage concerns

• Maintain accurate records and process payments

• Support communication between clients and medical staff

• Help keep the front desk organized and welcoming

Requirements:

• 1+ year of customer service experience (required)

• Veterinary experience highly preferred

• Professional, calm, and friendly under pressure

• Strong multitasking and attention to detail

• Avimark experience is a plus
