About the role
How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- Organising, planning and coordinating appointments and international meetings as well as coordinating projects with international stakeholders and external partners are some of your key tasks
- Other tasks are conducting queries, consolidating data and preparing KPI dashboards
- You'll focus on maintaining and reviewing data for completeness and accuracy
- As a Global HR Team Assistant, you'll prepare and lay out presentations and write documents in English
- You'll engage in international HR projects e.g. Corporate Responsibility
Candidate Profile
The requirements for the role include:
- You have a completed commercial education or apprenticeship in the field of Business Administration, Sustainability or Human Resources
- As a Global HR Team Assistant, you have advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
- You're good with numbers and have a detailed and diligent way of working
- You're self-driven and able to cope with ad hoc requests
- You have advanced communication skills
- You're fluent in the English language

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 37,900.-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
