About the Job

Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. We are currently seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide specialized services for foster, adoptive, and kinship families in both Sioux Center, IA and Spencer, IA. This position will implement high quality, evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy treatment services using evidence-based practices and interventions.

Salary Range

$48,000-$58,000 per year (Depending on years of experience, education, and license level)

Requirements

• Must have an active Iowa license OR be eligible to acquire one (LMHC, LMSW, LISW or LMFT preferred but not required)
• Two years of experience working in juvenile justice, foster care, and/or adoption related fields preferred but not required
• Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
